How to contact us at the club

To ensure you get in touch with the correct person to answer any questions you have about Avalon facilities, there are at present four or five people who should be able to help you. Below are email addresses and a rough description of what they cover.

ChrisC

Enquiries

Chris C looks after all the administration of the club he rather grandly gets called the secretary but if you ask him he just does the paperwork and pays the bills. Worries about safety and all the other things that have to be worried about.

General Enquires

Membership

Yes Ok He looks after that as well but he does have a different mail box to put membership enquiries into. If you are an existing NFAS archery then simply email Chris for information about the club if you are new to the sport then see our coaching below.

Booking Enquiries

This is a bit more difficult since we try to share this around. At present there are three people involved, there is chrisc again, for those that like to speak to someone he takes the phone calls. We do very much prefer email since it provides a permanent record of the booking and allows us to manage our time a bit better. For now we will still only have one phone number which is published on the NFAS web site and in the NFAS newsletter. For the NFAS Open shoots Cliff Nash at present takes all the email bookings, when you book on line you request is sent directly to him. As for booking a place on line for our Friendly shoots these are sent directly to Nev Wilson

Shoot Booking Enquiries these links are for enquiries only Please use the relevant form on this web site to book in.

Beginners

We have more recently tried to set up a more formal way of introducing Beginners to the sport. We now have two coaches who can get you started. Once you have joined the NFAS they will take you from provisional membership through to the full membership which enables you to attend any NFAS open shoot. We also now have a dedicated training area, but we do try to fix the course dates which can run up to six sessions. The best idea is to mail our coaches and see what they can do to help you participate in the Sport of Field Archery.
